Colleyville Modern Revival

This kitchen was designed to feel grounded, refined, and welcoming all at once. A balance of light cabinetry and darker accents gives the space contrast while still keeping the overall palette calm and cohesive. Every detail was chosen to make the kitchen feel unique but still distinctly modern.

A Statement Island

The island was designed to be the focal point of the room. Finished in a darker tone, it contrasts beautifully with the surrounding cabinetry and immediately draws the eye when entering the space.

The natural stone countertop introduces movement and texture while maintaining the neutral palette of the kitchen. With generous seating and plenty of prep space, the island functions equally well for entertaining guests or everyday family life.

Materials and Details

Throughout the kitchen, carefully selected materials bring warmth and subtle texture to the design. White shaker cabinetry provides a classic foundation and the vertically vertical backsplash adds depth behind the cooktop.

Black hardware, lighting, and fixtures tie the room together, creating a cohesive contrast that grounds the lighter elements of the design. These darker accents help frame the space and add a modern edge to the otherwise timeless palette.

Before the Renovation

Prior to renovation, the kitchen lacked the contrast and layout needed to fully support the way the homeowners wanted to use the space. The finishes felt dated and the design lacked a clear focal point.

Through a thoughtful redesign of the cabinetry, lighting, and material selections, the space was transformed into a kitchen that feels both elevated and welcoming.

The final result is a kitchen that balances modern contrast with timeless materials. By combining bold lighting, natural stone, and classic cabinetry, the space now feels cohesive, functional, and designed for everyday living.

It’s a kitchen built not just for cooking, but for gathering.
